Refund Policy

At XASECASE, our goal is to provide you with a smooth experience during all purchasing and delivery processes. If you are not satisfied or change your mind about your purchase, we will be happy to assist you with the return/refund process.

To ensure that the returns process is simple and transparent, we recommend that all customers read our terms and conditions first to avoid any inconvenience to either party.

e. Custom orders and special orders cannot be returned.

f. Shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes shipping changes: original orders (shipping charges are waived at the time of purchase) and returns (once the carrier offers these services).

G. Once a product is returned to our warehouse (within 30 days from the date of delivery or pickup), our team will carefully inspect each product in order to authorize an exchange or refund.

H. Refunds can only be made via the original method of payment used for the order. If the original method of payment is no longer available, we will issue a store credit equal to the amount of the refund.
